We were looking for something relatively close to campus to relax in between touring campus, tailgating and the game. Janella and Ervin's place is just 8 miles from the stadium on a large, quiet property. Perfect, and what a find!
The rooms are very comfortable and the basement is an absolute playground. A great place to relax with a large bar, pool, shuffleboard, air hockey, you name it.
Probably the best feature, though, are the hosts. Janella and Ervin are delightful, welcoming people. On top of that, breakfast was incredible - bring your appetite! We will definitely be booking again the next time we are in town for a game. Great room, very clean.

Ron and Ken have created a relaxing getaway, which was much-needed to celebrate my husband's birthday. We stayed in the Fireside Suite for three nights and it was quite comfortable.
When making the reservation, Ken and Ron were responsive and helpful as I planned the trip. They are wonderful hosts ensuring that all guests are comfortable and enjoying their time in the area. Every morning our sense of smell was greeted by the absolute goodness eminating from the Inn's kitchen. Breakfast was ummmm ummmm good Ron and Ken can throw down in the kitchen! My husband and I plan to return to Three Oaks Inn in the near future, and would highly recommend it.
The experience was altogether exquisite. After traveling from Niagara Falls we were received in a very friendly manner from Ron and Ken who were waiting our somewhat delayed arrival, they greeted us on the lovely covered porch of the Inn. They could not have been more helpful in describing both their charming Inn and its surroundings. Parking was easy in front of the Inn. Breakfast in the morning was delicious with homemade muffins, fresh fruit, and different egg dishes each morning.
Conversation in the comfortable dining room during breakfast was easy and friendly with both the other guests and our hosts. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room for our belongings in the large walk in closet. We would definitely recommend staying at the Three Oaks Inn!
